Shipping Policy
This policy applies to physical products purchased from waterlightforhealth.com (including structured water, supplements, and other consumer goods). In-clinic SpectraLight sessions and session packages are not shipped.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. Typical delivery within the continental United States is 3 to 7 business days after processing. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
Local pickup
Customers in the greater Sandy, Utah area can choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup orders are available at our Sandy location (144 E Main Street, Sandy, UT 84070) within one business day during normal operating hours.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products. Free shipping promotions, if active, are noted at checkout and on individual product pages.
Delivery issues
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at waterlightforhealth@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the product or issue a refund at no charge.
If a shipment is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10 business days after carrier pickup), contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or send a replacement.
Wrong address
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur reshipment fees. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at 801-839-4121 or waterlightforhealth@gmail.com.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable will be refunded for the product price minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Holidays
We do not ship on federal holidays. Orders placed on or just before a holiday will be processed the next business day.
