Who this is for

If you're navigating diabetes or rising blood sugar…

  • Type 2 diabetes — looking for non-pharmaceutical support that works alongside your care plan
  • Pre-diabetes / hyperglycemia — early intervention before things escalate
  • Energy crashes, brain fog, sluggish recovery after meals
  • Slow wound healing, neuropathy in hands or feet
  • Frustrated by diet and medication alone — looking for something that meets your body where it is

How SpectraLight + Structured Water help

Light therapy that supports cellular metabolism

SpectraLight delivers full-spectrum red and near-infrared wavelengths that support mitochondrial function — the same cellular machinery that drives glucose uptake. In studies and clinical use, regular sessions have been associated with improved energy, better post-meal recovery, and reduced inflammation.

Pair that with structured water — easier for cells to absorb, supporting hydration that's particularly important for anyone managing blood sugar — and you have a routine that compounds week over week.

What a session looks like

20–30 minutes. No needles, no meds, no downtime.

  1. You lie comfortably on the SpectraLight Therapy Bed
  2. Full-spectrum red & near-infrared light targets cellular function
  3. Structured water on the way out to support absorption
  4. Most clients book 2–3x per week for the first month, then taper

A note about safety

SpectraLight is a complementary therapy — it does not replace your prescribed diabetes care. We work alongside your physician's plan. If you take insulin or oral medications, monitor your blood sugar as you usually do; let us know about changes you're seeing so we can adjust your session cadence accordingly.

Common questions

Answers before you book

How long is each SpectraLight session?

Sessions are 20–30 minutes on the bed. Most people are in and out in under 45 minutes including check-in.

Can I do this if I'm on insulin or oral diabetes medication?

Yes — SpectraLight is a complementary therapy and does not replace your prescribed care. Keep monitoring your blood sugar as you normally would. If you notice changes, tell us and we'll adjust your session cadence accordingly.

Will SpectraLight affect my blood sugar readings?

Some clients see steadier readings over weeks of consistent sessions. Track your numbers as usual and share patterns with your physician — that's the safest way to know what's changing for you.

How often should I come for diabetes support?

Most clients book 2–3 sessions per week for the first month, then taper to weekly maintenance. Your body responds to consistency more than intensity.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No referral is required. We do recommend keeping your physician in the loop, especially if you're adjusting medication based on changes you're noticing.
