Who this is for

If your joints are calling the shots…

  • Osteoarthritis in knees, hips, hands, or shoulders
  • Rheumatoid arthritis flares — stiffness, swelling, fatigue
  • Morning stiffness that takes an hour to walk off
  • Tired of NSAIDs, steroid shots, or worried about long-term effects
  • Avoiding activities you used to love because of joint pain

How SpectraLight + Structured Water help

Light therapy that calms inflammation at the joint level

Red and near-infrared wavelengths penetrate joint tissue, supporting circulation and reducing the inflammatory cascade that drives arthritis pain. Many clients report less swelling, easier morning movement, and longer stretches between flares within 2–4 weeks of consistent sessions.

Structured water keeps connective tissue and synovial fluid hydrated — your joints work better when they have the moisture to move freely.

What a session looks like

20–30 minutes. Comfortable. No flare-up afterward.

  1. You lie comfortably on the SpectraLight Therapy Bed
  2. Light targets the affected joints and surrounding tissue
  3. Most clients feel measurable easing within 5–7 sessions
  4. Recommended cadence: 2–3x per week for the first month, then weekly maintenance

Common questions

Answers before you book

Does this help osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or both?

Both. The protocol targets joint inflammation and circulation regardless of the underlying type. Clients with RA should keep us informed about flares so we can space sessions appropriately.

Will it help with morning stiffness?

Morning stiffness and reduced range of motion are two of the most common changes our regular clients describe. Consistency over a few weeks tends to matter more than session intensity.

Is SpectraLight safe with arthritis medications (DMARDs, biologics, NSAIDs)?

Yes — it's a non-pharmaceutical complementary therapy. Continue your prescribed care plan. Let your rheumatologist know you're adding SpectraLight so they can interpret any changes in symptoms accurately.

How many sessions before I notice a difference?

Most clients book 2–3 sessions per week for the first month. Many feel the difference in mobility within 2–3 weeks; results compound with consistent attendance.
