Who this is for
If your body's not bouncing back like it used to…
- Athletes — soreness lasting longer than it should, plateaued performance
- Recovering from surgery — looking to speed tissue healing safely
- Old injuries that nag during training
- Strained muscles, sprains, tendonitis
- Just want to wake up feeling refreshed instead of beat up
How SpectraLight + Structured Water help
Light therapy that accelerates cellular repair
Red and near-infrared wavelengths drive ATP production in your mitochondria — the same energy mechanism your cells use to repair tissue. Studies show shorter delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), faster wound and tendon recovery, and reduced inflammation around training stress.
Structured water hydrates connective tissue at the cellular level — and connective tissue is most of what you're trying to repair.
What a session looks like
20–30 minutes. Pre- or post-training, your call.
- You lie comfortably on the SpectraLight Therapy Bed
- Full-spectrum light targets the recovering area
- Most clients notice less DOMS within the first week
- Recommended cadence: 2–3x per week during heavy training, weekly maintenance otherwise
Common questions
Answers before you book
How soon after surgery can I start SpectraLight?
It depends on the procedure. We generally ask clients to clear it with their surgeon first, especially for the first 2 weeks post-op. Once cleared, sessions can support circulation, swelling, and tissue recovery.
Is this only for athletes?
No. Athletes use it for DOMS and faster turnaround between training, but most of our recovery clients are people coming back from surgery, illness, or just an injury that's lingered too long.
Will it help bruising and swelling?
SpectraLight supports circulation, which is the body's primary tool for clearing both. Many clients describe faster fading of bruises and reduced overall puffiness after consistent sessions.
How often should I come during a recovery period?
3–4 sessions per week is common while you're actively recovering, tapering as you regain function. The right cadence depends on what you're recovering from — we'll talk it through during intake.
Can I do SpectraLight while still in physical therapy?
Yes. The two work well together — PT rebuilds function, SpectraLight supports the cellular environment that healing depends on. Tell your PT you're adding it so they can factor it in.
