Return and Refund Policy
At Water & Light for Health we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because our offerings include both in-clinic wellness services and shipped consumer products, our return and refund policy varies by category.
In-clinic SpectraLight sessions and session packages
Single SpectraLight sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded to the original payment method.
Session packages (5, 10, 30-session and similar) are non-refundable once any session within the package has been used. Unused sessions remain on the account for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused packages purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a full refund.
Session credits may be transferred between household members at the front desk; transfers to non-household members require management approval.
Structured water (HydraZorb) and physical products
Sealed, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective).
Opened or used products are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the product at no charge.
Supplements and consumables
Due to the nature of supplements and consumable products, all sales are final once the seal is broken. Unopened supplements in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to start a return or refund
Email waterlightforhealth@gmail.com or call 801-839-4121. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can process it quickly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Sales tax and shipping fees
Sales tax is refunded with the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.
