Frequency Light Therapy Bed • Suggested Session Guidelines

SpectraLight Frequency Light Therapy uses non-invasive 450nm Blue Light, 525nm Green Light, 660nm Red Light, and 850nm Near-Infrared Light to support the body’s natural wellness, recovery, and relaxation processes. Session guidelines are suggestions and may vary by individual.

Multiple Wellness Goals: Sessions may support more than one goal at a time. When addressing multiple concerns, begin conservatively and adjust based on how your body responds.

General Wellness & Energy

3–5 sessions per week • 15–30 minutes per session

Skin Health & Anti-Aging

3–5 sessions per week • 15–30 minutes

Muscle Recovery & Performance

2–4 sessions per week or post-workout • 15–30 minutes

Chronic Pain & Inflammation Support

Initial phase: up to daily use for 2–4 weeks • 15–30 minutes

Maintenance: 2–3 sessions per week

Sleep & Relaxation Support

3–7 sessions per week • 15–30 minutes • Best used at the end of the day

When to Reduce the Duty and/or Sessions

If you notice headache, fatigue, sleep disruption, and skin sensitivity lasting over 24 hours, reduce session length, duty, and/or frequency.

Consistency matters more than intensity. Results and maintenance schedules vary by individual and may range from weekly sessions to as little as once per month.
