🌿 Supporting Eyes, Cataracts & Vision Balance with Light Frequencies
Eye health, vision clarity, cataracts, and optic nerve function can affect daily activities, focus, and overall quality of life. Many wellness practitioners explore light frequency sessions as a complementary approach to support eye tissue health, retinal function, circulation, inflammation balance, and optic nerve communication.
Eye health and vision change with age, screen exposure, and overall health. Common concerns clients bring up include eye strain from long screen days, dryness, age-related macular changes, and general interest in preserving vision over the long run. Conventional eye care begins with regular exams from an optometrist or ophthalmologist, with prescription, surgical, or pharmaceutical care as needed.
A growing number of clients also explore complementary approaches like SpectraLight frequency therapy as a way to support overall circulation and cellular wellness around the eyes alongside their existing eye care. The frequencies referenced below are the ones discussed most often in the wellness literature for eye and vision support.
Today we’re sharing a quick-reference summary of commonly referenced frequencies used in wellness settings for eye and vision support.
📊 Eyes, Cataracts & Vision – Light Frequency Reference Summary
🔬 How light frequency therapy is used for eye and vision support
SpectraLight combines red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths, often referenced in the wellness literature for circulation and cellular support, with Rife-indexed frequency programming. We have clients keep their eyes closed during sessions and provide eye protection on request.
For eye-focused protocols, clients typically pair a base near-infrared exposure with the frequencies below. Doug walks new clients through a starter cadence and eye protection during the complimentary first visit.

❓ Common questions about eye health and SpectraLight
Do I need eye protection during a session?
We have clients keep their eyes closed during sessions and provide eye covers on request. We'll walk you through eye protection during your complimentary first visit.
Should I keep seeing my optometrist or ophthalmologist?
Absolutely. Regular eye exams are the foundation of eye care. SpectraLight is offered as a complementary wellness layer, not a replacement for clinical eye care. Any prescription or treatment decisions are a conversation between you and your eye doctor.
Is SpectraLight safe if I've had cataract surgery or other eye procedures?
Always check with your ophthalmologist before starting any new light-based wellness routine after eye surgery, especially during the post-operative window.
How often should an eye-focused client come in?
Many clients choose two or three sessions per week during the first month and one or two per week for ongoing maintenance. We'll set a cadence together during your complimentary first visit.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Most eye-focused clients start with the 30 minute session for full program coverage. Walk-in or by appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. For evening or weekend slots, book ahead at 801-839-4121.
