A 15-minute session is $35, a 30-minute session is $65, and a full 1-hour session is $125. We also offer discounted packages when you book multiple sessions.
Most people benefit from 2 to 3 sessions per week. Your wellness specialist will recommend a schedule based on your goals.
Appointments are preferred so we can have everything ready for you, but walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.
